History

I got into graphic design around August of 2006. I was ten at the time. Since we had photoshop on our computer, I started out by using it to make sim story covers. I then began making graphics and more for contests at Scribblers Abode. Most of my projects included sims, however I made many icons, banners, and desktops.
Sometime in November, I decided I wanted to make a site. I guess my dad read my mind because he said if I could help him with his, I could get my own site. So he got me Sam's Teach Yourself HTML in 10 Minutes as a reference. I began by making really basic layouts consisting of only text, links, and graphics. When I thought I got good enough (which was actually really bad), I began thinking of a name for my site. At first I chose Peppermint Parlour. But then Christmas began to approach so I had Peppermints like crazy, and grew sick of them. I figured somebody how hated peppermints wouldn't be able to stand my site and decided on a new name; Authentic Hearts. I was so excited as I loved this name. I began checking if the domain was available or not everyday practically.
But then, the day right before we were going to buy it, it was gone. I typed in the url and there stood one of those stupid spam sites. I told my dad and he suggested I make it All Authentic Hearts by adding the All. I agreed and the next day we purchased the domain www.allauthentichearts.com. I opened it on January 1st, 2007.
As time went on, I began teaching myself more and more web and graphic design techniques. I improved drastically. I also noticed that my website domain name was way too long and nobody could seem to spell authentic. I decided that in the summer of '08 I would buy a new website.
At the beginning on 2008, I started thinking of new names. I put together a few I liked, but then I decided to put together stems. Stems are parts of words that come together to form a word. Like bi, tri, syn, and other parts. I took eu, which meant good. And I took viv , which means life. Euviv. It didn't look right so I added an e at the end. Euvive which means good life. It's a word I made up myself, and I fell in love with it the moment I made it. I told my dad the word and he loved it too. He told me I could purchase hosting anytime and I chose the middle of February to buy it. So then I began to work on the site endlessly to try and get it done.
And on February 29th, 2008, Euvive made history.
